Our Residential Cleaning services include:
 
Kitchen:
Wipe down counters, cupboard doors, fronts and tops of appliances.
Clean and shine sinks and faucets (Please make sure that all dishes are out of the sink, or we will have to clean around them)
Sweep and hand mop floors.
Shake out or vacuum any throw rugs.
Empty garbage cans.
 
Bathrooms:
Scrub shower/tub and surround.
Clean toilet inside and out.
Clean and shine sinks and faucets.

Shake out or vacuum any throw rugs.
Empty garbage cans.
 
Living and Dining Rooms:
Dust surfaces, pictures, electronics.
Straighten pillows, throw blankets.
Remove any cobwebs within reach.
Vacuum carpet or hand mop hardwood.
 
Bedrooms:
Make bed if desired (does not include changing linens)
Remove any cobwebs within reach.
Vacuum carpet or hand mop hardwood.
Empty garbage cans.
 
 

 Pricing is as follows:

There is a $40.00 minimum. We base our prices on the size of the house, complexity of job, etc. When we do the in home estimate, we will tell you how much the first time cleaning will cost and how much subsequent cleanings will cost. (Average for a 3bd 2bth, single level home would be $80 if cleaned bi-weekly. It would typically take us about 2 hours to complete with a team of two people.)

We normally work in two person teams. For very large events, time can be saved by bringing in another team. For instance, if the clean up after a wedding is estimated to take 3 hours with a two person team, we can bring in 2 teams and reduce the time to 1 1/2 hours. 

 We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one time cleaning appointments. Payment will be made at time of service. For weekly cleanings, payment can be made monthly, in advance if your prefer.

Move out cleaning is not hourly rate based. We price move out cleaning depending on size, # of appliances, complexity of the job and the amount of cleaning to be done. A free estimate will be done and a price agreed upon before a move out cleaning is scheduled.

 

 

 

 

Entry:
Remove any cobwebs within reach.
Vacuum or hand mop floors.
 
The following services can be provided but take extra time, if you would like us to perform any of the following, please let us know in advance so we can properly estimate the time it will take to complete.
Putting things away (toys, laundry, dishes, piles on tables).
Cleaning of the inside of any appliances.
Making beds.
 
We do not perform the following for safety reasons:
Laundry.
Washing windows. 
We do not move any furniture larger than a chair or coffee table and do not move any large appliances.
We do not clean out fireplaces or wood stoves.
We do not clean pet cages or tanks.
